Tulips

My tulips have been in full bloom and I've been a bit obsessive taking photos of the insides of them. Here are a few for inspiration.





The Weekly Leaf
This weeks leaf was done with a mask(the cutout part of a stencil) from Green Pepper press , a paintstik and hand dyed fabric.


Then lots of straight stitches.

    I like to use paint sticks with a stencil, but have never used them with a mask. I love the results and of course your stitching put it over the top.

    The mask with the stitching is marvelous. By the way, I watched Quilting Arts TV yesterday and you were on with the deconstructed printing. Great job.
