A Bit of Improvisational Piecing

I gathered up the scraps left over from Don's Chemo quilt and spent some time sewing them all together. I'm now sewing together what's left plus a few more pieces to make the back. It will be a donation quilt.

2019 Daily Stitching #4

25 Million Stitches , one hand done, two to go.

I'll be linking up with "Off the Wall Friday" and "Slow Sunday Stitching"

  1. Love the quilt with black and white and brights. You are so generous to be giving these stunning quilts away. I have started on my 25 Million Stitches . Thanks for the inspiration. I will be blogging about it later today.
Your circle of leaves is coming along beautifully!

  2. I think many quilters assume it’s easy to work with Black and white…NOT….you’ve done such a great job….love the piece!!!!

  3. Your quilt made from the scraps is inspired! Those tiny pops of colour among all those fabulous black and white prints is magic.

  4. Love your leaves. Great work with the scraps!

  5. Love the black and white prints. Your leaves are fun too.

  6. Your daily stitching and that hand are gorgeous. I like how you put together those quilt scraps.
