All I have to share is the stitching I've been doing, I've actually done some other stuff but it's just not worth sharing. I'm up to 17 days of mark making and I'm very underwhelmed with what I've done and I've done quite a bit of knitting on my sweater of many colors, the body is done and the first sleeve is in progress.

I'm also about two thirds of the way done with the indigo shibori quilt.
I'll be linking up to "

Slow Sunday Stitching"
I don't really understand why you'd be underwhelmed. I think your hand stitching is quite lovely. It speaks volumes about texture and quiet time with a threaded needle. Beautiful! Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan, I'm happy with my stitching but underwhelmed with my mark making project that I didn't show.
DeleteOnly show the good stuff, eh? Just think what we could all learn if you showed what underwhelmed you and explained why. Might even help you in another try. Claire aka knitnkwilt
ReplyDeleteGutsy of you to try something new. Learning curves are rough. Sharing a learning curve adventure can feel raw and unnerving. You are a master at practice, practice, practice, with your daily stitch. It shows. That leaf crystalizes under your stitching. I can visualize it under a thin skin of ice on the sidewalk.
