My knee surgery was last Thursday and went very well. My Dr. told me to get a stationary bike and ride it instead of going to physical therapy. My bike was delivered on Thursday while I was in surgery, my husband put it together on Friday morning and I started pedaling. Friday I only managed a total of ten minutes, but I'm now up to 45 min total for the day and my knee is feeling pretty good. Now I just have to keep it up. I go in for my post-op appointment on Wednesday to get the surgical dressing and stitches removed. I'm ready to get back to walking and my normal life.
The Weekly Leaf
This week I took close up pictures of several of my pressed and dried leaves and then picked one to print on Jacquards fabric for Ink Jet Printers. This is the leaf I used.
The original picture.
Cropped and printed on the fabric.
