Week 2 of Seventy days to 70

We are really experiencing winter this year, there has been snow on the ground since early December and there are now record amounts of snow. To top it off it's been cold, minus 9 (F) when I got up this morning and now mid afternoon we are at 4 degrees (F). I'm ready for spring. Since I've been hunkered down inside you would think I've been able to accomplish a lot, not so, but I have done my weekly and daily projects.

Seventy Days to 70 #8-14

#8wool roving and yarn hand needle felted
#9pattern tissue, wrinkled and applied with gel medium and metallic paint
#10 silk sari ribbon woven and fused
#11 angelina fibers, fused together, cut into shapes and fused to filter
#12 painted and heat distressed tyvek , glued on
#13 hot glue stencil, sprayed with walnut ink
#14 Indigo dipped and hand stitching
So far I'm having fun with these and have even come up with more ideas of what to do, only 56 to go.

Weekly Stitching, Universal Shapes

Week #3

Daily Stitching

Shades of Orange #303-309

I realized I haven't named the other daily I'm doing, I'll have to come up with something soon. here is what I did this week.

I'm still working in the one corner, but have some areas completely filled in. I'm surprised at how long it takes to fill in a small area completely.

Later in the week I'll be linking up to "Off the Wall Friday" and "Slow Sunday Stitching"
