Quilted, Reversible Rug

Last week I showed the start of my quilted reversible rug that is going to replace my old rag rug. It has been in place since Sunday and I love it. Here are both sides of it.

It was quilted with a variegated thread in close horizontal lines, very boring to do but I like the look.

It replaces this rug that has the edge that is in very bad shape up against the wall so it can't be seen.

2018 Weekly Leaf #23

I've done a few more botanical/eco prints and that's what I'll be using for the next few weeks.

2018 Daily Stitching #2, days 8-14

Today I'll be driving into the Boise area for our regions first SAQA meeting, yeah! Gail Hansen is hosting it at her house, and hopefully we can set up some sort of regular schedule for meetings. We live a bit of a distance apart and there aren't many of us, so this can sometimes be a challenge, but I'm looking forward to it.

I'll be linking up with "Off the Wall Friday" and "Slow Sunday Stitching"

  1. Your quilted rug looks great on the floor. Your hand stitching makes me want to get back to mine now that I am finished with my box people.

  2. LOVE your quilt and as soon as I saw it, thought it would be a nice design for a ghan. Particularly the 6 square side. First visit here, first time doing Slow Sunday Stitch. Fun to find new blogs.
