Happy Thanksgiving!

Last week I got busy and didn't write a post and this week it's going to be a very quick one and a day early. Later today we have family arriving for Thanksgiving, so we will have a house full for the next few days.

Last weekend was the Arts and Craft Show here in town and I participated for the first time since we moved here and did quite well. This is how my space looked before opening on Friday.

It felt good to bring home much less than I took. I of course had to pick up a couple of things from other vendors, my favorite local potters were there so I have two new mugs. My hubby has already claimed one as his.

Thats it for the past 2 weeks! Tomorrow morning we get up bright and early and all of us except my hubby will do a 5k Turkey Trot, it will be our 6th year of doing it together.

I'll be linking up with "Off the Wall Friday" and "Slow Sunday Stitching"

  2. I was worried about you when you didn't post last week. Glad that it was just busyness that kept you away and not illness. Your display looks super and I'm glad that you sold a lot.
    Happy Thanksgiving!

  7. The stitches around your leaf are so simple but so effective in framing the leaf. I am in awe of all those French knots!

    1. Thanks, each one is being mounted on a 9" x 12" mat board so that they are ready to frame. I've sold a few of them already.
