Scraps

I've put together one more top out of donated scraps, but now have another large bag full in my sewing studio. Here's the top

And here are the bags of scraps, many of them are fat quarter size or larger.

I have a friend whose Mom makes lots of donation quilts from scraps so I'm going to give her most of them, I have enough of my own.

Speaking of scraps, this is the container of scraps I'm using for the landscape project. I shove everything back in and put the lid on everyday. It feels like it's getting fuller, I must have everything stirred up pretty well.

  5. It’s always dangerous rummaging in the scrap bin...it seems to get fuller as you sew! I contend that the scraps are breeding! Love the little landscapes and the circle project. I just bought a little kit to do some embroidery after I finish Frank.
