2019 Daily Stitching Days 39-45
I'll be linking up with "Off the Wall Friday" and "Slow Sunday Stitching".
I didn't think I cared for your daily stitching project of circles. But today, as it is filling up, I'm finally getting it and liking it! Also, I am really enjoying your little landscapes. Some of them are really terrific, like this week's 41 and 45. I bet you are learning a lot, and also using up bits and pieces. :-)
ReplyDeleteYour landscape project is fun!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteAs usual I am blown away by what you manage to create in a week. Your SAQA pieces are both eye-catching and your landscapes are each intriguing, although I am drawn most to #42,perhaps because it reminds me of the afternoons on the beach now that we live close to the ocean. But the one I spent the most time looking at was your botanical print. How did you create that patterning?
ReplyDeleteYour SAQA pieces are stunning. I love the stitching on the Benefit Auction. And your circles are getting better and better. As Madalene said, I too, am blown away by what you can do in a week.
ReplyDeleteLovely work! Your creativity is so engaging.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteOh how I love those stitches on your daily stitching project! Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteAs usual I love your leaves. That pink auction piece is beautiful. I am not sure why, but your circle piece really speaks to me. Yours was the first blog I had to go to on Kathy's Quilts today, because I had to see those circles.
ReplyDeleteThank you. For a while I wasn't sure about my circles, but now that I'm starting to fill in the gaps I'm much happier with it. I really have no plan I just pick it up everyday and stitch.
DeleteI always enjoy seeing your daily stitching each Sunday! Did you plan ahead that this one would be all circles?
ReplyDeleteThank you, I didn't really plan ahead, but once I did the first one it seemed like the logical thing to do.
DeleteSo fun to see the circles overlapping now. That really adds another dimension to your piece. I hope the fundraiser goes well.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm really liking how it looks with the overlap.
DeleteHow are you attaching the paper to the fabric?
